Pros

Fascinating work, intelligent colleagues, high salaries, and great benefits.

Cons

There isn't great job security (I was offered a buyout in a sudden downsizing prompted by a change in government of a donor country). The corporate culture is insular and prefers employees from Latin America and the Caribbean.
