Not a great place to work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Your coworkers are talented.

Cons

Highly hierarchical and lacks a sense of purpose. According to an internal Gallup poll, the vast majority of employees feel disengaged from their work. Consultants have terrible benefits, instability and working conditions, while staff members are complacent, overpaid and are more interested in advancing their position than serving the population that they are paid to help.
