Pros

If you are looking for a work-life balance and a reasonable pay, I'd say the bank is one of the best places to work. The cause of the organization is also rewarding.

Cons

The bank is a complex organization and internal procedures can sometimes be lengthy and inefficient. At times, the bureaucracy can really stress you out.
