Pros

I really like working in the Inter-American Development Bank, it's very familiar and I'm attracted to everything that is development and more in Latin America.

Cons

I can not find a staff position. I like working in the bank. But there are not many possibilities to Staff but to consultancies.

Pros

Multi-cultural environment, Lots of natural light in the atrium.

Cons

Not much room for upward mobility. No new staff positions are being created, so you need to rely on getting either being a consultant, or contractor, which have different benefit structures, and weird rules governing how you need to leave after a certain point.
