-Sometime career advancement depends on factors beyond your skills and performance. -There are some truly great managers, but there are a few bad and bully managers as well.

A very good working experience, get exposure to international organizations. Good benefits for consultant. No tax need to pay! Great location.

Cons

Hard to get a staff position. The workload is really intensive. Need to understand official organization language, Spanish is a big plus.
