Pros

It is a very organized place, people know what to do and when. Duties are well distributed and deliverables are usually very clear and concise. Offices are very spadeful and nice (if you are not an intern, otherwise, no windows)

Cons

The space of a development bank in Mexico is very tight, as this country does not need much credit, like oner Central or South American countries. So, you can get a bit frustrated
