Pros

Very laid back environment, latin american style. Brilliant people work here. Good benefits. Medical, retirement, home leave every 2 years, you get air tickets and per diem to go you your country if you are an international hire.

Cons

Need to know the right people in order to be hired / move potion to position.f you don'y know the right people you will just not even be considered
