Bad leadership and lack of strategy.

Pros

Autonomy in your daily tasks. Good pay and little responsibility. The company`s mission is something you feel great about.

Cons

Bad management. The CIO is inexperienced and the management team lacks of strategy and leadership skills. There are few technical roles, if you are a developer or a product-oriented profile this is not your place.
