Pros

Very positive, dynamic, international environment. Interesting work topics if employed in "sectores", smart colleagues, lots of relatively young people looking to build friendships.

Cons

Very difficult if not impossible to get an interesting staff position (employment with benefits) under the age of 35-40.

Pros

I really like working in the Inter-American Development Bank, it's very familiar and I'm attracted to everything that is development and more in Latin America.

Cons

I can not find a staff position. I like working in the bank. But there are not many possibilities to Staff but to consultancies.
