Good salary, interesting work, work trips in LAC

Cons

No benefits, max 4 years of contract, impossible to become staff. Many consultants are hired for administrative tasks, more then technical work.

The IADB is involved in very important and vital projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. This is a place where you can obtain a broad vision of the present and future of this region, its potential and weaknesses.

Cons

Bureaucracy can be a little heavy sometimes.
