Pros

Unique mission that has a real impact on development in the region. Great colleagues and great team work attitude.

Cons

Impossible career and growth path, low percentage of people are truly happy with salaries and career projection. Disappointing that HR and management can do whatever they when they want to, but not equitably for all employees.
