Pros

I like that as a field supervisor you encounter working with various different walks of life and you meet some great people along the way, which make you sharpen your skills in the field I also like the flexibility and helping people succeed or excel in their field of study while doing unarmed or Armed Security for the company.

Cons

In my experience, I think that there should be more protocol and background checks of certain individuals that become armed security officers for a company because some people may be unstable. I think a six month evaluation should be given by a train specialists and have people undergo extensive cautioning to make sure they are fit for the job at hand.
