The use of force requirements are very vague, they say they are not, but when you have an encounter with a passenger that requires you to get physical with them, all support from the company goes out the window.

Job is relatively easy, 12 hours standing post are the worst.

Cons

The management sucks. The encourage a quick turnaround rate to get more money from the government so they do any and everything to make the job stressful/difficult
