Need a better pay for site location

This Midwest Passport facility is a toxic job filled with egotistical jerks who act like middle schoolers. This is by far the most toxic workplace I ever worked at where one particular employee has no respect for anyone, and unfortunately, is never disciplined for his juvenile behavior. This individual is a cancer to our security staff & moral is low because of this officers actions. I avoid this officer as much as possible, but unfortunately when there only 5 of us on staff, including the SGT, it makes for an unpleasant work environment. I wish management would do something, but everything is always "ok". Do not work here.
