      Business casual attire, some benefits (vacation, sick time, dental, vision), celebration events, most employees are approachable, flexible work hours. Ability to work independently,

      Cons

      Upper management has displayed favoritism & have staff run personal errands. If they like you, you can do no wrong. Headquarters is notorious for having "cliques", if you're not in it - you don't exist. Give raises to undeserving employees. Tolerate staff who are verbally abusive & often bully or purposely antagonize some of security staff.

      Pros

      You can work out a schedule anytime. Its flexible hours and there are posts all over la county. The starting wage is ok and they provide uniforms.

      Cons

      The contracts aren’t consistent. I went without work for a couple of months. So if you find a spot you like try to stay there as long as you can.

      Flexible and good pay. Coworkers are fun for the most part. Feel appreciated by my boss.

      Cons

      Refuse to give anyone overtime anymore to keep overhead down. Government workers treat us like crap.
