Pros
Consistent hours, quarterly range training provided, working alone mostly.
Cons
No room to move up in the company. I was promised opportunities to advance in the company, and I was there for over 5 years, and no promotion, or even a raise. The only raise I received was due the the raise in cost of living in California. 5 years working for them, and nothing to show for it. We, as officers, are only numbers that can be replaced. No sense of loyalty.
