Company treats you like crap. No bereavement pay, no yearly payout. An employee walked up on me and threatened me to put her hands on me. That employee still works here. This company isn’t a secure/comfortable workplace. Many employees complain and are finding employment elsewhere.

Great Pay, Great benefits ,Great teammates. My supervisors are very helpful. My assignment is unbelievable in a positive way. I work the Graveyard shift. And love the fact that my shift actually starts at 12am so no split of the day. Example ( starting a shift on one day and ending on another day) LOL.

Cons

I really can't find anything negative. It's simple be on time listen to your supervisors and do your job as safe as possible.

This company does not give two sh!ts about its employees. Ever since the took over the contract, about 5 months ago (been with the site a couple years), they have destroyed morale. I’ve not met one person on the site that likes the job or the company. It’s absolute sh!t. Total dumpster fire. Everyone there HATES their job and is stressed to the max. The bully, pick, retaliate, and protect the most toxic of employees. This place is so far beyond toxic, that toxic isn’t a strong enough word.
