The compensation is reasonable and many frontline employees and several in mid management are delightful.

Cons

If you value data-driven decisions, strategic planning, and being recognized for actual team leadership and results—look elsewhere. But if you’re great at blame-shifting, tossing teammates under the bus, dodging accountability to keep the C-suite happy, or thriving in a culture of ghost-mode managers—congrats, this is your playground.

The team that was there when I first started was great! Kara S was an amazing manager. I was fully remote when I was hired on.

Recruiting director did not care about the employees, he was rude and inconsiderate
