Pay is good Starting around $32 an hour year then increases to $42 once your are out of probation

Cons

Schedule can be all over the place You can be easily fired over very minute things

Inter-Con Security is a great company to work for. The onboarding process is very streamlined and they are more than happy to help with any issues that might arise.

Pros

The personnel that I work with are all good employees. Some need more training but most are well trained and professional in all aspects of the job and positions.

Cons

I was told and emailed, I have it in writing that I was going to keep my schedule from the start. I felt betrayed and lied to when my schedule came out. A few other employees were also disappointed when they were promised 40 hour work week and have only received 16 to 32 hours per week.
