      people are too uptight its outrageous

      its security. you are supposed to observe and report. yes, but not on each other. on potential security threats you observe and report. your coworkers are not the threat, my guys. its the people looking to rob, break in, cause damage that are.... not the new guy coming in.

      Cons

      everybody is just uptight. people too scared to lose their job so they report on everybody else's most slight mistake. this job is not the end of the world. you can make a mistake without being reported... u should not report your coworkers every single time for smallest mistake. look out for each other to make the job easier for everybody
