      Pros

      Interclypse has been a great place to work! Flexible, encouraging, friendly and adaptable. Management really looks out for their employees, and takes care of them. This is not a butts in seats company, but a genuine place to learn, grow, and fulfill your career!

      Pros

      Interclypse has been wonderful to me. They offer very competitive salaries and benefits package. The on-boarding process is streamlined and painless. Senior management and HR are always easy to reach and helpful. They hire talented people and keep them! The in-office meetings are informative and fun. The company participates in charity events and promotes a healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any downsides to working here.
