Very bureaucratic since ICE takeover

Pros

Successful company, important industry, you learn a lot about financial technology.

Cons

Those stupid screensavers that kick in after 2 minutes and keep you from holding a conversation. Security-hobbled processes. Terrible workflow software. Minimal employee facilities, miniscule break room. Required financial regulatory training even if you work nowhere near that stuff. Since ICE acquisition, they've cut PTO for new employees, below what's common in Boston tech industry.
