Pros

Generally, a good company to be involved with and use as a stepping-stone for better opportunities.

Cons

This is the place where...You have to manage your time religiously/diligently, if not, the work will take over. If your previous company was actively engaged in diversity and team building events, don't expect these at ICE. No proper onboarding procedure, no guidelines in employee training and development. Don't expect departmental process improvements. The bulk of their focus is acquisitions and revenue. Ideas for improvement are entertained, but it will only happen if you act on it. Reason why most of their internal processes are outdated, to say the least.
