      Compassionate & empathetic place. Good senior leaders & amenities.

      Cons

      Little growth internally. Record profits don't trickle down. The product is nearing maturity, and the senior team does not evangelize change. All hiring is coming from Pune.

      Pros

      I've been really pleased with my salary, benefits, and work/life balance. Management has been great, especially through the pandemic, and our CEO is top-notch.

      Cons

      The primary product has some legacy technology issues and is pretty slow to run, but our customers seem to love it. They're pretty aggressive migrating jobs to India, though they aren't transferring existing jobs - just hiring most new devs there. They also LOVE their meetings, and the bureaucracy is increasing quickly as the company gets more integrated with ICE.
