Good perks as an MNC - but lots of job insecurity

Pros

Good amount of annual leaves - especially if you've hit the 5-yr anniversary mark Compensation matches industry

Cons

Pathetic performance bonuses even if you're top performer ... Lots of insecurity after the ICE merger with NYSE. NYSE Technologies will be sold off

A lot of interesting and exciting projects. An opportunity to change legacy systems by using new latest and greatest technologies.

Cons

A lot of long hours. Weird approach to handling some of the topics with various vendors. Business management in many cases are incompetent
