Great company to start a career, many opportunities if you get the right manager who is interested in the growth of the team and you as a professional. Good benefits, help with education, nice office.

Cons

From 4 days a week in the office to remote and now 5 days a week in the office, it's hard to manage if you have a family and spend lots of time in traffic. Hard to get promotions to move to Senior and then Lead positions.

Benefits are reasonable, many talented colleagues and mostly interesting work

Cons

5 days return to office makes zero sense for the majority of roles - outdated, backwards thinking and making it impossible to hire and has destroyed morale. Confidence/trust in exec leadership is gone
