      Pros

      401k match, bonus, senior management doesn't sweat the small stuff

      Cons

      Really just a company that buys lots of unrelated businesses. Senior executives have turned over and the company is a bit lost as a result across multiple areas. There is no clear bench or succession plan in place and it shows.

      Pros

      - generous with benefits (HSA funds, no copay for health insurance, ESPP program, 401k matching, etc.) - I personally have a great, super supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable manager - dynamic company that's always seeking to grow its business and stay in the forefront of its industry

      Cons

      - inflexible wfh policy that hasn't swayed even though we've demonstrated an ability to be productive at home during the pandemic - lack of transparency from senior management at times

      I worked on a great team that tried to get Work life balance into the team dynamic. Pay was really good, and chances to travel and train were great

      Remote work was not an option
