Bad training, documentation, and support. At least for my department, can't speak for the whole company. Other teams don't seem to have the same issues.

Normal work hours. Some friendly and funny colleagues.

Cons

Most people are middle aged with very old mentality. Don’t come here if you are under 40 unless you want to ruin your career.
