      Slow pace leads to good WLB Some interesting problems to work on

      Cons

      Poor engineering culture, Poor growth for early career/great people due to minimal raises and delayed promotions. This culture of not rewarding exceptional people with lesser YOE leads to great young people leaving. The company is left with old people, who are incompetent, and don't care about their job.

      Previous company was excellent, then ICE acquired a lot of companies, the culture became intolerable with a lot micro managing.
