Great Company to Work At

Pros

People there are nice and helpful, great work environment, there is a huge emphasis on goals and career advancement, they encourage everyone to be a part of their mentorship program, they have all the benefits (medical, dental, vision), everyone gets a week off from Christmas to New Years

Cons

The only thing I would say is that due to COVID, my start date was pushed back 4 months. I secured the job in February, and was suppose to start working in May after I graduated. However, they didn't want me to start remotely, so they pushed my start date to August. I had to scramble to get a job for those months in between. In August, they started me remotely anyway.

People are generally nice and company as a whole does seem to want to be better. Company gets plenty of work.

Cons

Slow acting company when it comes to new ideas. Doesn't seem to take certain teams as seriously as others with higher ups in them.
