      It might be suitable for people without any technical knowledge, as the management team appears to have secured their positions through relationships rather than technical expertise.

      Cons

      I have had an extremely unprofessional experience with the management at Interface in San Francisco. The managers lack professionalism and instead of encouraging and supporting their employees, they often talk negatively about them behind their backs. This creates a toxic work environment, and it’s disheartening to see managers speaking poorly of former employees rather than appreciating their contributions and recommending them. This behavior reflects poorly on the company’s culture and management style. For anyone considering a position here, be careful—it is a toxic company with a toxic group in both the Oakland and San Francisco offices.

The company enjoys a hard-earned reputation of engineering excellence with thousands of clients. Interface has a supremely positive culture; it is a joy to work here. This is a forward-thinking team, with outstanding commitment to improving environmental impact (LEED), is entirely socially inclusive.
