      Pros

      Solid, quality products that are well respected in the industry. Reputation as a world wide leader in sustainability practices. Great internal support staffs.

      Cons

      Too much marketing smoke and mirrors especially relating to sustainability initiatives. The Company appears to have become overly reliant on hiring interior designers to fill sales rolls.

      Great benefits! The company has a great product and design.

      Cons

      Global company with small town thinking. The same management team has been with the company for a very long time (+20 years). Poor training programs and lack technology awareness. Most new hires are internal and only the sales department is sourced externally.
