Pros

It is a good company with friendly employees. There is a lot of attention for you as a person, and events/holidays for employees are organized in a fun and extensive manner. There is room for growth within the company and also for people who have just graduated and are looking for a place to learn and gain experience

Pros

Quick adaptation to my work thanks to my knowledge of the market and Nora products. Very good working atmosphere and very good contacts with colleagues.

Cons

When I took over my sector, there were too few projects in the pipeline to generate a reasonable turnover. From experience, I know that new opportunities take time to materialize: several months or even years can pass between the moment the opportunity is identified and its implementation.
