Pros

The people working there are so friendly and very helpful. We are very active as in always doing so type of activity After being released from training you get to work from home any 2 days a week you choose to.

Cons

Not a con but there is a lot of knowledge that you need to obtain. No other con that I have found yet. I love it

Pros

Support from manager best i have ever had Ongoing support from colleague's second to none. The faith put into me by my team leader and manager has driven me along some very dark situations

Cons

The training i received at first was haphazard and confusing. So having to try and forget everything and start again has been stressful as well has taking on work i hadn't learnt yet or had been shown the wrong way.

Pros

I recently joined nora by Interface as a Market Segment Manager and couldn't be more thrilled with my decision. From day one, I've been impressed by the commitment to sustainability. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment. It feels great to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another and offers a lot of training opportunities. Working with a variety of clients from the healthcare and industry environment is very exciting for me. Each account presents unique opportunities, allowing me to develop tailored strategies in which i can use my skills while learning new specifications and areas of application. My manager has been incredibly supportive and approachable. Overall, I am excited to be part of nora by Interface and look forward to contributing to the company's success while growing in my role.

Cons

Honestly, I have nothing negative to mention about my experience so far.

Pros

Representing a fabulous brand and product that performs. Lots of opportunity to grow within the territory and with the company.

Cons

Would like more training on Sales force and knowing who to reach out to for what clients needs are.

Pros

As a specifying designer, I loved Interface. Coming to the sales side was a big career change for me, but I have felt very supported by my team, without feeling overwhelmed by the huge change in my day-to-day activities. My partners are showing me the ropes and sharing great tools and systems to keep all the wheels moving.

Cons

I joined the company at a very fun time of the year where most of my interaction with the A&D, Dealer and End-user community has been celebrations and thank-you treats. However, it has been busy, so my formal mill-trip training got pushed back. I don't feel unprepared to talk about the products or the company since there have been virtual trainings for both, but ideally I would recommend someone to join either Q1 or Q3 so you can go through all training ahead of the busy holiday or trade-show seasons.
