Good vision, values and clear purpose. Excellent safety standards in most places Good salary and benefits Good leadership Lots of growth which can be exciting Friendly and smart people in a lot of places willing to help you out You can get recognized for high performance/good job

Cons

Lots of work to do on diversity and inclusion Tough working conditions in some operations Somewhat an "old boys club" and not too many women in manager level and above roles Management sticks to tried and true past methods for the most part rather than trying out new ideas which is likely hampering the diversity goals that are published Really fast paced and not a lot of balance

Nice people to work with, lots of resources and knowledgeable people to rely on. Company is expanding swiftly with a good bonus incentive. If you do good, you usually will get recognized.

Cons

Some upper mgmt can be very micromanging. Expect to work more than the usual 8 hours.
