Pros

It's a job.. Decent benefits. Lots of new paint and safety rails. Proud company. Lots of mill upgrades. Management always walking around.

Cons

More people work in the front office than in the sawmill.. Cut all overtime. Works an 8 hours shift 5 days a week. Doesn't value its employees.

Cons

too much time in camps (away from home). some camps are run down and filthy. company equipment is old and breaks down all the time. salary is lower than other companies in the industry.
