Pros

Monthly celebrations with food and sometimes drinks Decent kitchen/breakroom

Cons

-HORRIBLE management. ALL of the executives are horrible managers/leaders. -No growth opportunities/no raises -No support from management/executives -No warnings given for mistakes, just talked down to -Don't take into consideration people's personal feelings -Does not give many holidays off like federal, get ready to work Christmas eve! -Employee retention is horrible, they do not invest in their employees and then wonder why no one is happy -You can be honest all you want, management does not care -They have been saying they will go hybrid for years but still nothing has changed

TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC…RUN FAR AWAY!

Pros

There are no pros to working here besides my coworkers

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. The biggest one of them all being the management team, specifically the president of CancerCARE. Upper management is so incredibly toxic that they will go as far as bash former employees to current employees in a daily meeting, pulling up their work to show current employees. Doing all of that for what?! Intimidation and to make people scared?! It’s just unprofessional and gross. It’s seriously the absolute worst place of employment I have ever worked in my years as a professional. There is no communication, no policies or procedures, they watch your every freaking move. Micromanage the heck out of you. There are no yearly evaluations or raises so you have no clue how you are even doing. No education or quality team and their EMR has so many errors to it that it’s hard to even know where to begin with that one. Overall, terrible place. You would find more joy being a Walmart employee than working here. The only thing this place offers is a paycheck.

Poor Place of Employment

Pros

I cannot really think of any

Cons

Proceed with caution when considering this family-owned small business model. If you value logic, professionalism, and strong business acumen, you may find these qualities underappreciated by the leadership. The workplace culture can be challenging, and efforts to drive positive change may be met with significant resistance. Before joining, it’s worth asking about their employee retention rates, satisfaction, and overall culture to better understand the environment. All of these metrics are dismal, and the leaders often excuse the issues by blaming unhappy or toxic employees—when in reality, all fingers should be pointed at the family and the hobbled executive leadership team. No onboarding or training. Set up for failure. Account management is lost, unprofessional and unorganized. Offices are dirty and cluttered by the higher ups. Benefits and PTO are insulting.
