      They care more about pushing patients through like cattle to make more money

      Support staff works well together

      Cons

      Management, good ol boys club, favorite employees can work less but acknowledged, they don’t place value on their employees, they want you to increase work load while they decrease insurance coverage, 401 k among other benefits but they make sure you work harder to make management more profit to make their paychecks bigger. No profit hospital is because profit goes to administrative pockets. Administration will not support the staff.

      Pros

      - working with a range of charity clients which keeps it interesting. The sector itself is fascinating. - work environment in the company is very friendly - balancing work and study is feasible as not too much overtime involved - very helpful HR

      Cons

      -salary - in spring-summer, a lot of overtime and work involved but usually no exams are scheduled for this period so it works out to be allright - small company with limited opportunities for growth - small bonuses (if paid), non work-related - sometimes impossible to use all of the TOIL you got

      Caring for patience and helping heal them

      HR is unethical. You will not receive you pay raise unless they receive good scores on their employee surveys for management They have favourites and they fire you when you are close to retirement
