      Stable company. Employees are nice to work with.

      Less chances for growth or promotion. Usually pay is much below the market value and the yearly raises are very low.

      Flexible work schedules, decent compensation, good health benefits, free snacks (albeit unhealthy), tons of training for your current job.

      Cons

      Your opinion really doesn't matter. A lot of self-imposed and ridiculous policies. They rely a lot on non-clinical staff but don't provide career paths for them.
