Pros

work from home, health care benefits are great and less expensive than most. There is a lot of extra benefits as well that only big companies can offer like free yoga classes, mindfulness classes/ practices, monetary rewards for participating in wellness things like cancer screenings, physical activity classes etc.

Cons

It's a major corporation so there is a lot of silly corporate stuff that comes up. paid Holidays come out of your PTO bank so the PTO sounds very generous at about 3 weeks but when you factor in the 7 holidays it's 2 weeks and a week of holidays. not the only company out there that does this, it's common in health care but it's not a fun policy. Every department is wildly different. I have an amazing team but there are other departments that do have not so good managers so it's important to try and get information on your department specifically.

Pros

Mostly collaborative environment that rewards innovation

Cons

Leadership feels very performative and uninspiring to say the least, they keep asking us for cost saving measures while they line their pockets, it's sickening. Frontline caregivers aren't actually consulted or understood, there is a big gap between reality and the make believe world leadership lives in.
