Pros

1. You get to have access to the best insurance and their PTO programmed has improved after they made some changes on how employees accrue. 2. Tuition Reimbursement which is great. I was able to acquire my BA during my time there.

Cons

Career progression is slow, with few clear pathways for moving into higher-level roles. Internal mobility isn’t always emphasized and good luck trying to move into different departments! This explains why their employees tend to stay in the same role for long periods.

Thank you for your review. Intermountain Health is committed to life-long learning and providing professional development opportunities for all our caregivers. Upward mobility is a key focus for us. We implement educational resources that empower caregivers to gain new skills that drive personal and professional growth. Some of these resources include access to an online digital learning library and partial tuition coverage for a number of accredited programs. Through these avenues, we strive to support talent development that aligns with the career goals of our caregivers.  Additionally, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
