      As a female I am very well respected by both genders in the office. I am pushed to grow professionally, mentally, and personally. This company truly cares about its employees and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are enjoying your job. The days go by quickly because it is a fast-paced environment. Just in the first two weeks of working at IDR, I had the chance to work alongside the CEO and he is very personable and wanted to help me learn. He is a great mentor.

      Cons

      The hours are long, but we are a team and in it together. You have to put in the hours to get the outcome you desire!

      I've been working for IDR here in the Dallas office for some time now & it has truly changed my life for the better! If you are looking to growth/career advance and to be treated like family, this is the company for you! I have had no issues with this company throughout my years with IDR and have referred friends and now they are thriving & apart of the Family! Leadership has a very 'open door' policy and is always there for you when you need someone to listen! Overall, this is a Sales environment - if you want a career where you are rewarded for the work you put in, please come talk to us!

      Pros

      great work environment and culture - work hard play hard! we have a lot of opportunity for growth. I highly recommend this for first job out of college or if you're looking for growth and sales! our management team has an open door policy and we have a culture committee that takes all of our opinions into consideration for any changes company wide. I trust management here has my best interest in mind. we have made several compensation changes to base salary and commission structure to accommodate inflation and are great with adopting technology to keep us at the forefront of staffing!

      staffing world has a lot of things out of our control - so it's a tough industry!
