      IDR means so much to me. I began my career here right out of college as an entry-level IT Recruiter, and I now support the company from a different capacity as a Corporate Recruiter. I joined the company with some sales/customer service experience but zero staffing industry knowledge. From day one, leadership told me that if I was willing to put in the work, I would be generously invested in and rewarded - not just monetarily but from a personal and professional development standpoint. Not only have I always felt invested in/rewarded, but I also genuinely feel the support from our leadership team. They care about you as a human being - they take the time to get to know you and your family. They push you out of your comfort zone in the best way possible and encourage you to continuously work towards your next goal or milestone. Our company culture is second to none. Our values truly our are first filter - we like to hire people that want to be a part of something that's bigger than themselves. I am honored to work alongside my peers and the Managers in the Dallas office. They are people of high integrity, respect, and fairness. I've met some of my very best friends at this organization, and I could not be prouder to work here!

      Cons

      Staffing is not for the faint of heart. You have to be mentally tough, gritty, and determined to succeed in this industry.

      Pros

      I have previously worked for a staffing company that made sure you felt dispensable and unheard. Luckily I found IDR. From my first day at IDR, I noticed that everyone is always willing to be a team player when needed and the work culture already feels like a second family. When I express my concerns no matter how "small" they may seem, I am taken seriously and my opinion is valued. Of course, there is a high expectation to do your work effectively and with it the rewards follow with quarterly outings, seasonal celebrations, happy hours and etc. WE WORK HARD AND PLAY HARD.

      Only one floating holiday is offered.

      Pros

      I have been working at IDR for over 4 years now and can personally testify on what a remarkable company this is. STARTING with the leadership. IDR's leadership is the reason I believe in this company - They are hands on and effective communicators that listen and only have your best interest in mind. Without their guidance, I wouldn't be nearly as successful as I am today. That goes for my direct leadership as well as our C-Suite Execs (Ashley Holahan & Will Hayes) - They're rockstars to work for. If your goal is to succeed, they will definitely push you where you need it and ensure that you achieve your utmost potential. The culture at IDR is full of very up-beat and ambitious individuals who all are eager to succeed. I truly cannot recommend a company more and have nothing but good things to say about it. As I mentioned, I have been with this company for over four years now - through the thick of the pandemic, all of the ups and downs, and still believe in this company just as much as I did when I first started.

      Cons

      Realistically speaking, there are some things that are just out of your control in this industry and accepting that is something that comes along with the job. You have really high high's, but also can experience really low low's. It's just the name of the game!!! Gotta have tough skin to succeed in sales.
