      Pros

      Friendly, concerned willing to listen. The welcome present and card are a really nice touch especially the $10 Starbucks gift card.

      Cons

      They are a management company. If the client is misleading they are simply going to pass it along even if they hear that the client is/was misleading on their requirements for a position.

      Great place to work around driven people wanting to grow personally and professionally. Great team environment!

      Cons

      Staffing isn't for everyone! It's a fast paced environment with a lot out of your control but that's the reality of sales.

      Pros

      I joined the Dallas office straight out of college and have been here for 4 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company and my team. Open door policy with management, numerous opportunities for advancement into different avenues, the comradery can't be beat. I've grown so much personally and professionally with this group of people. If you put hard work in, you will get rewarded 10 fold.

      Cons

      Don't have many bad things to say. Sales is hard, and it's not for everyone, you have to mentally be tough, but that's just the industry.
