      Meet new people your age in the city you move to

      Cons

      Upper “management” changes policies every couple months, never listens to employees input even tho they ask, they are out of touch millennials who think things still operate how they did in 2016. No HR. Per my title, they’d rather have you do 10 okay tasks than 5 good ones, all a numbers on paper game.

      - great commission structure - fun culture - they celebrate all of your little wins which makes you feel appreciated!

      Low base pay but if you work hard commission makes up for it

      Cons

      Unstable, poor leadership, no room for growth. Not a very professional environment so if you are looking to drink and party this is the company for you.
