Pros

IDR has been my favorite workplace/job I've ever had! The management sets each of us up for success! I feel completely equipped to do my job well. My job is fun and fulfilling; I genuinely look forward to work each day. My coworkers have also become some of my best friends outside of work. Couldn't say enough positive things:)

Literally some of the meanest people I've ever worked with. Girls were rude and would only promote their friends

Pros

IDR goes above and beyond for their employees. Work from home flexibility, mental health days, bonus / promotion opportunities, wellness programs to assist in paying for physical and mental health (therapy, gym memberships, etc), and incredible compensation plans!

Cons

There is a ramp up period but if you stick with it and work hard, you will make great money!
