      - Fun, energetic culture. Collaborative team environment - great workplace for recent grads that are transitioning into the workforce - Solid leadership team. Lines of communication are always open, and they genuinely care about your success - Upward mobility/organic growth - Competitive compensation plan - Cost- friendly benefits + corporate athlete program (reimbursement for running shoes, gym memberships, etc.) - Hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Delayed gratification - takes a little while (6+ months) to start making good money. If you're mentally tough enough to realize that the work you're putting in will eventually pay off, you'll be fine.
