Pros

IDR has been my favorite workplace/job I've ever had! The management sets each of us up for success! I feel completely equipped to do my job well. My job is fun and fulfilling; I genuinely look forward to work each day. My coworkers have also become some of my best friends outside of work. Couldn't say enough positive things:)

Great staffing agency, actually best one I have ever worked with. They consistently followed up with me and checked in regularly and provided great support through out my employment with their client. Great benefits and very engaged partner. It was a pleasure to work with IDR, if I ever need work in the future will definitely call them first.
