Great Coworkers, Great work environment, lots of opportunities to mingle with coworkers outside of work, great benefits for new college grads,

Cons

The pay is rough, also when you are up you are celebrated but the second you fall behind management kind of just gives up on you and stress how far behind you are.

Young office with a happy-go-lucky personality across the board. Beautiful office space.

Cons

The support is only there while you're doing well. Once you start struggling, no matter what is going on in your personal life, the advice is simply "do more". The company is not willing to meet anyone in the middle during hard times, and upon the decision to leave you are advised to limit goodbyes and employees are advised not to reach out after you leave the office, including direct supervisors. Leadership becomes cold as soon as they have a suspicion that someone won't be continuing on or can't give 1000% every single day.
