Pros

Small company with medimum to large size customers and dosen't forget about the importance of the Consultant. Unlike most head hunters these guys called to check in and visit with us during the enitre contract, unlike most.

Cons

Small company and unable to leverage some of the benefits of larger companies with more people on the payroll.

Teaches you the fundamentals of professional communication and how to operate in a corporate setting. Small wins are celebrated. They treat their contractors good.

Cons

Extremely high turnover, unnecessary metrics, low compensation, and poor management. No support when you are struggling. Egotistical management and AM’s.
